  • Q: How to remove and reassemble the Cooling Fan Clutch attached to the water pump pulley on 1985 Mazda RX-7?
    A: These fan pulleys are connected to the water pump pulley on the front of the engine. Unfasten the bolts connecting the fan assembly with the flange, and then remove them as a unit out of the radiator cowling. In the case it is required, unbolt the cowling to give more clearance. Lastly, assemble again by fixing the fan drive to the fan.
