Unhook the negative in the battery of the windshield wiper motor. Unscrew the retaining nuts and air conditioning hose bracket and unscrew the wiper arm of the motor shaft. In the case of the rear wiper motor, unplug the connector, remove the wiper arm and trim panel and lower the motor.
