How to remove and install the ignition lock cylinder and ignition switch on 1998 Mazda Millenia?

Disconnect negative battery and disarm airbags. For Millenia: remove consoles, panels, glovebox, column covers; tilt shaft, remove meter hood, instrument cluster, airbags, steering wheel, combination switch; groove, remove steering lock bolts and assembly. Install lock on column, install new bolts, reconnect ignition and reassemble. Other models: similar removal and installation.
