The FN4A-EL transaxle has two speed sensors, the Input Turbine Speed Sensor (TSS) mounted on top and the Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) mounted beside the bottom left rear corner. The FS5A-EL transaxle has three speed sensors. In order to remove the VSS, lift the car, take off the under-cover, and unplug the electrical connector.
