Where is the PCV valve located and how do you remove and install it on 2010 Mazda 3?

The PCV valve is fitted on the crankcase vent oil separator, which is below the intake manifold. Begin with the intake manifold which is to be removed followed by the PCV valve which is to be disconnected. Push the retaining ring up with the screwdriver, and push the PCV valve out. Installation is the opposite of taking down.
