How to remove and install a front crankshaft seal on 2010 Mazda 6?

Take off the crankshaft pulley and then pry at the seal with care not to destroy the timing chain cover and crankshaft. Alternatively, cut holes in it with the drill and remove the seal with screws. Clean off the surfaces and then smash the new seal into the surface being careful that it is level and square over before replacing the crankshaft pulley.
