Front: disconnect negative cable and O2 sensors, raise and support vehicle, remove crossover pipe, heat shield, fasteners, manifold and gasket, remove studs, clean mating surfaces, fit new studs and gasket, install manifold and torque nuts center-out. Rear: repeat, removing EGR or converter as applicable.
