    The wiper components are removed and installed in the same order; begin by removing the wiper arm/blade assembly and make sure not to mix the various arms. Then take off the rubber seal along the front of the cowl, screw up the cowl and strip away the access hole covers. Loosen the bolts attaching the motor drive screws of the wiper shaft, mark the location of the wiper crank arm with a mark relative to the wiper motor and unassemble the wiper connection. Removal of the wiper motor with disconnection of the wiring harness after removing the wiper linkage, unbolt, and remove the wiper motor. To install, reverse the steps of taking out, and make sure that the height of the wiper arm is 0.787 inch (20mm) when parked, and secure the arm retaining nuts, 8-10 ft. lbs. (11-14Nm). To reach the front of the MPV, take off the wiper arms, drive link nuts, disconnect the battery ground cable and pull out the motor and linkage assembly. Assuming that you can, leave the motor arm attached to retain the automatic park position. To disassemble the rear, unscrew battery ground cable, pull off protective cap and wiper arm nut then remove wiper arm, seal and bushing. Take out the inner trim panels and the weathershield, disassemble the wiper motor wiring and remove the motor by removing the mounting bolts. To start-up the Navajo, the front wiper switch and ignition should be turned on to set the blades and the negative battery cable and the right wiper arm should be removed. Take out the right pivot nut, the linkage access cover and unsnapping the wiper motor clip disconnects the linkage. Unhook the motor wiring, disassemble the motor and to install, fix the motor using screws, hook the wiring and make sure that the connection is secure. Install back the wiper pivot shaft and nut on right and reconnect the battery and ensure the system has started working again. To take the rear of off, unscrew the negative battery cable, de-fit the wipers arm and blade, pull up the interiors trim, unscrew the motor bolts, and the electrical connections then replace the motor and reassemble.
