How to remove and install the fender assembly on Mazda Millenia?

The fender assembly can be removed and installed by removing the grille and headlight assemblies, then the front corner turn signal assemblies. In case the front bumper is fitted to the fender, remove the same. Next remove the front mud guard and the inner fender plastic liner. Then take out the fender mounting bolts and remove the fender assembly. To install it, follow the steps of removal in reverse and be sure that the fender mounting bolts are tightened to 61-87 inch lbs (7-10 Nm).
