Disconnect radiator hose and sensor. Remove fasteners, housing, gasket and thermostat; clean surfaces. Install new thermostat with pellet downward, jiggle pin up, fit gasket, housing, ensure 929 cover mark faces front, reconnect hoses, refill, check for leaks.
