How to remove and install the Steering Knuckle on 1987 Mazda B2000?

In order to install and remove parts, elevate the front end on jackstands and take off the wheels. Removal of brake drums or calipers, follow-up with removal of hub and bearings. Loosen tie rod end, upper and lower ball joints and wear the parts. Install the knuckle assembly backwards.
