How to test the Throttle Position Sensor resistance and adjust the idle switch on 1988 Mazda 929?

Disconnect throttle sensor connector and place ohmmeter between A and D where R should not be out of spec. Then test B and D with the throttle turned on, test low and high resistance. When not in operation, check idle switch and gauges, test C and D continuity, sensor adjustment, screw tightening and seal.
