How to remove and reinstall the door trim panel and window regulator on 1988 Mazda RX-7?

Remove door trim and handle secured with bolts and lock tab. Peel back water shield, keeping it glued at bottom. Temporarily fit winder to raise glass for access. Remove screws and grommets attaching glass to regulator, lift out glass, remove regulator through access hole, reinstall, check, reattach shield and trim.
