How to properly remove and install a tie rod end on 1989 Mazda 929?

Measure length of tie rod when there is no alignment tool. Take out cotter pin, nut and loosen locknut with tie rod still held. Removal and replacement or re-installation is possible using a puller. Torque castellated nuts to 22-33 ft-lbs and locknuts to 5158 ft-lbs and make sure it is aligned or original length.
