In order to change the air cleaner element, clean the housing prior to changing the element to avoid debris. Unscrew the cover and the old filter taking note of orientation. Install the new part and fit the cover using wing nuts, clips or bolts. The hoses and sensors should be reconnecting making sure the clamps are tightened but not excessively tight.
