In order to install and remove the exhaust manifold to different engines, one would have to start with elevation of the vehicle. Take out the exhaust pipe, the manifold and its nuts and grease them with graphite before replacing. Before installation, disconnect battery, remove required parts and clean surfaces. Make sure that all the fasteners are tightened.
