  • Q: How to remove and reinstall a transmission and flywheel/driveplate for four-cylinder engine on 1991 Mazda MPV?
    A: To eliminate the transmission, lift up the vehicle and place on jackstands. Take out the transmission, pressure plate and clutch disc, inspecting parts. Marking of the flywheel/driveplate and crankshaft. Eliminate bolts so that driveplate does not turn. Wash and wipe the flywheel then re-fit it, making sure that there is proper alignment and tightening bolts.
