In order to test the rear wheel speed sensor, take it off the axle housing and place a Digital Volt/Ohm Meter (DVOM) across the sensor terminals. In case the reading exceeds the acceptable range, change sensor. Pre-clean the mounting surfaces, sensor pole piece and correctly position and torque the hold down bolt.
