How to remove and install an exhaust manifold for V6 engine on 1992 Mazda MPV?

In order to take out the exhaust manifold, disconnect the negative battery cable and lift up the vehicle. Put penetrating oil on the fasteners and loosen the oxygen sensor. Unbolt the crossover pipe, unbolt the exhaust pipe and heat shield, and the manifold. Clean the surfaces, change the gaskets and put everything in the reverse order and check whether there are leaks.
