How to remove and install an oil pan on 1996 Mazda MPV?

The removal of the oil pan will require the negative battery cable to be unconnected, the vehicle raised and jackstands placed to hold the car up. Empty the engine oil, splash pan and oil pan bolts. Dislodge the oil pan, surface clean, and put on sealant. After filling with oil tighten bolts and look after leaks.
