How to check and replace the Cooling Fan Assembly and Cooling Fan Clutch on 1997 Mazda MPV?

The fan is inspected by removing the negative battery cable and evaluating excessive bearing play. Manually operate the blades; they must be free to turn. Check fluid leakage, or deformities, and change fan clutch where necessary. To remove, unbolt the fresh air duct and remove the fan assembly. Installation is done in the reverse order.
