How to properly replace a Rack and Pinion Boot on 1997 Mazda MPV?

Before removing the wheels, loosen the lug nuts of the wheels, lift the vehicle and attach it to jackstands. Unscrew the tie-rod end of the rack and pinion boot, loosen the jam nut and outer boot clamp, and change the boot and screw the retaining ring and outer clamp into place.
