You should first disconnect the negative battery cable in order to remove and install the door lock assembly. Next remove the inner door panel and screening. When the power is connected, disconnection of the power lock controller is required. Take out lock assembly by removing mounting screws and linkage. To install, undo the process and tighten the screws.
