How to properly remove and install the Crankshaft Seal and Harmonic Balancer in V6 engine on 2003 Mazda Tribute?

Loose negative battery cable, loosen front wheel, raise and support vehicle, take out wheel, splash shield, drivebelt and cover. Hold ring gear, take harmonic balancer bolt and pull balancer, take seal and note lip position. New seal and balancer: lubricate and install, reassemble, reconnect battery, leaks, PCM relearn.
