How to Remove and Install the A/C Switch Assembly on 2006 Mazda 6?

Disconnect the negative battery cable. Remove the center console, shift lever knob and panel. Pry the center trim panel from the instrument panel and disconnect connectors. Caution: work around the perimeter before removal. Remove A/C Switch retaining screws on the back of the trim panel; installation is reverse.
