How to disconnect and replace the Camshaft Position Sensor on 2006 Mazda 6?

Detach the cable on the negative battery terminal. In certain types, the sensor of CMP is on the left side of the valve cover. Unscrew the electrical connector, take out the mounting bolt and sensor. Check and change broken O-ring. Installation is opposite of removal; grease O-ring using clean engine oil.
