How to replace the cabin air filter on 2010 Mazda 3?

Remove battery cover and disconnect negative battery cable. Remove passenger-side center console trim panel. Remove the Passenger Junction Box (PJB) mounting fastener and bracket. Disconnect evaporator sensor and, for full-auto A/C, MOSFET connectors. Remove cabin air filter cover and filter. Install new filter with arrows toward rear and reverse steps.
