How to remove and install an exhaust manifold on 2010 Mazda 3?

In order to take off the exhaust manifold, lift the car and tie it down. Wet penetrating oil onto the manifold heat-shield retaining nuts and take the heat shield off. Unconnection of exhaust pipe and oxygen sensor. Eliminate the mounting nuts, manifold and old gasket. Check the mating surfaces and clean them. Install new studs, manifold, gasket and tighten nuts. Lastly, eliminate exhaust leaks.
