Take out the fuel tank filler cap to de-pressurize, and disconnect the negative battery terminal and take out the rear seat cushion. Keep unscrewing the fuel pump access cover and remove the fuel pump module. Lift the vehicle and unconnect hoses, get out the exhaust pipe, and get out the fuel tank. The converse is installation which involves providing safe connections and leakage checking.
