How to remove and install the lower and upper control arms on 2013 Mazda MX-5 Miata?

Loosen lug nuts, raise and support vehicle, support lower arm on jack, unbolt shock/coil and stabilizer link, mark cams, remove pivot bolts and withdraw lower arm. Press out/replace bushings, reinstall bolts aligned to cams, raise to ride height and tighten, install wheel, lower vehicle, check alignment; repeat for upper arm.
