How to remove and install the rear Steering Knuckle and Wheel Hub assembly on 2013 Mazda MX-5 Miata?

Loosen lug nuts, raise and support vehicle, remove wheel, brake caliper, bracket, disc and ABS sensor. Remove driveaxle/hub nut and free driveaxle. Older models: separate knuckle after supporting control arm. Newer models: disconnect ABS, links and shock. Reinstall in reverse; tighten fasteners at ride height to specified torque.
