How to remove and install the A/C Switch on 2014 Mazda MX-5 Miata?

For 2005 and earlier models, disconnect the negative battery cable, remove the console and control panel, and disconnect the air mix and airflow mode wires. For 1997 models, remove the A/C switch screws. For 2006 and later models, disconnect the battery cable and remove various panels before removing the A/C switch. Installation is the reverse.
