How to remove the fender on 2014 Mazda MX-5 Miata?

In case of models 2005 and before, unattach the front bumper, loosen the lug nuts of the front wheels, put the vehicle on jackstands and take out the front wheel. Next remove the splash shield fasteners and fender bolts. In 2006 and beyond models, first take out the front wheel, splash shields and the bumper then the fender. Installation is the opposite of removal.
