How to access and replace car bulbs on Mazda 6?

Housing In order to reach either bulb on the driver side (left hand) headlight housing, remove air filter housing air intake duct. To remove the (passenger side) right hand headlight housing, remove and place aside the coolant reservoir tank. To change low-beam bulbs, unscrew the electric connector of the back of the headlight housing, unhook the electrical connector of the bulb, unhook the spring of the lock, and extract the bulb of the housing. Install the new bulb just like the old bulb with the spring tab, into the respective cutouts of the headlight housing and lock it back in, not to touch the bulb with fingers to avoid overheating; otherwise, wipe it with alcohol and a clean soft cloth. In the case of high-beam bulbs, de-populate the protective cover. In the case of the 2008 and older models, the electrical connector can be disconnected, the locking spring un hooked and the bulb removed and then replaced with a new bulb as mentioned above. To replace 2009 and subsequent models, disconnect the electrical connector, and then, to remove the bulb, turn it counterclockwise, then wipe it with alcohol and a clean soft cloth and then place it into the headlight housing and twist it clockwise as a method of sitting it in place. Otherwise, installation is the opposite of removal.
