Use a jack to support the bumper or make the assistant hold it during the process of removing the bolts. The second step is to eliminate the retaining bolts and the bumper. The opposite order of the removal is also applied to installation, checking that the retaining bolts are also tightened before the installation of the bumper cover and any other parts that were removed.
