On 2005 and earlier models, start by removing the center trim panel followed by the screws that mount the hazard flasser switch and the switch itself with installation being the opposite procedure to removal. Then snap out the knee bolster trim panel to get to the dimmer or power mirror switch, fastened to the tabs, which are pushed into place with the tabs: when installing, be sure that the tabs snap firmly into position. In the case of the power window switch, it is advised to use a small flathead screwdriver to carefully pry the switch out of a center console and then to disconnect the electrical connector before inserting it again by following the same steps and making sure that it clips back in position. In later models (2006 and above) this is done by removing the left and right side covers, glove box, center panel unit and right vent trim panel and then removing the screw retaining the hazard flasser, disconnecting the electrical connector, and removing the unit, fitting it back in reverse order. Accessing the power mirror switch requires removing the door trim panel, pushing the retaining tab and removing the switch by removing the mounting screws and installation is reversed. Lastly, remove and lift one end of the center console to release the electrical connector of the power window switch, press the tabs and push the switch out and put it back in by following the reverse steps.
