- Q:How to remove and install a fender on 2013 Mazda 6?A:Remove headlight housing, loosen lug nuts, raise on jackstands, remove wheel. Remove splash-shield fasteners, disconnect sidemarker connector and remove bracket fasteners. Note lower fender bolts under side molding; remove push-pins and pry molding. Pry rocker panel, open door, unbolt and lift off fender with assistance. Reinstall in reverse, check alignment.
