How to remove and install the upper control arm on 1989 Mazda B2200?

Loosen lug nuts, raise front on jackstands, remove wheels and support lower arm. Remove cotter pin and nut, separate the upper ball joint. Remove upper arm hardware, note shim locations, inspect and replace worn parts. Reinstall control arm with bolts, shims and new cotter pin; remove it to unthread bushings.
