  A: To disassemble parts, disengage the timing belt covers, timing belt, and crankshaft sprocket and then, the oil pan. Unbolt the pickup tube assembly and remove the engine mount plate bolts. Wipe the oil pump surfaces, apply petroleum jelly on the O-ring and attach the pump and new gasket. Lastly, put in the oil pan, oil filter and timing belt.
