How to remove and install the rack and pinions assembly from a 2WD or 4WD on 1992 Mazda B2200?

Lift the car, take off tires, splash shields and tie rod end. Disconnect lines, remove pinch bolt, steering bracket and rack and pinion. Installation, reverse removal, Torque bolts to specification, reconnect, install tie rod ends using new cotter pins, reinstall shields, reinstall wheels, and bleed power steering system.
