How to remove and install a steering knuckle and wheel hub assembly for 4WD on 1997 Mazda MPV?

Loosen lug nuts, raise and support vehicle, set parking brake, block rear wheels; remove wheel and hub nut, hang caliper, remove bracket and disc; separate ball joint, push axle out and hang, drive out strut-to-knuckle bolts, remove knuckle; have hub pressed. Reassemble in reverse, tighten nuts and reinstall wheel.
