How to remove and install a window regulator on 1998 Mazda Millenia?

In order to be able to remove and install the window regulator, the window glass needs to be kept down and the inner handle cover, door lock knob, window regulator handle, and door trim panel are removed. Unconnection of power windows, door screen peeling, regulator and motor removal. Installation is also done in reverse and should be functional.
