Disconnect the battery and empty the cooling system. Take off the belts, pulleys, hoses, mounting bolts and remove the water pump. Wipe off clean surfaces of gaskets and O-Ring, apply sealant, and install new pump. Installation of other components, torque the bolts, refill and bleed the cooling system, and leak check when the engine is running.
