How to remove the center console on 2008 Mazda Tribute?

To 2004 and older models, remove the negative battery terminal, lift the emergency brake, then the finish panel of the floor console. In manual models, take out the shift knob and bolts. On 2005-2007 models, slide the seats and remove bolts and pry up the bezel. Repeat with 2008-2012 and 2013 and later models, be careful with trim pieces.
