How to remove the upper engine cover and cylinder head on 2010 Mazda 3?

Remove upper engine cover. Relieve fuel pressure and disconnect negative battery cable. Remove intake/alternator ducts, drain cooling, remove recovery tank. Remove timing chain, cam position sensor, camshafts and fuel components, intake and exhaust manifolds. Support engine, loosen head bolts in reverse sequence and lift head; discard gasket and restore dowels.
