How to remove the Timing Chain, Timing Chain Tensioner and Timing Cover on 2010 Mazda 3?

To remove the timing chain cover, disconnect the negative battery terminal, remove belts, pulleys and crankshaft pulley at TDC. Remove engine cover and CKP sensor, support/raise engine to remove right mount, oil seal and timing cover bolts. Reverse for installation; clean mating surfaces and use a new CKP sensor.
