How to disconnect and remove the Ignition Lock Cylinder and Trunk Lid Latch on 2010 Mazda 3?

Disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal and remove the trunk lid trim panel. Disconnect the actuator rod from the trunk lid key lock cylinder and the electrical connector. Remove the latch mounting bolts and take out the latch, with installation being the reverse of removal.
