From 1997 to 2005 the blower motor resistor is on the blower motor housing. Make sure that the ignition key is turned off, take off the trim panel and unhook the electrical connector. Resistance continuity of the resistor. In case it is not to specification then replace the resistor and ensure that it is functioning correctly then re-attach the trim panel.
