How to remove and install the window regulator assembly on 2014 Mazda MX-5 Miata?

In 2005 and earlier models, take out the door trim panel, inside handle and watershields. Removal of the door window glass and note the position of the window regulator assembly. Unplug the power window connector (where applicable), undo the regulator bolts and out it. In 2006 and subsequent models, repeat the same process of removal.
