  How to remove and install the radiator grille on Mazda 323?

  Starting with the 1990 to 1994 models, remove the radiator grille by unscrewing the grille screw and pulling the grille away from the body. If necessary, a small screwdriver may be used to pull the grille from the attachment clips and check the condition of the clips for replacement. For 1995 through 1998 models, unclip the seal filler, and take out the screws for the grille, and pull the grille off the body. To access the grille on a 1999 and up model, remove the front Bumper cover. In addition, for models from 1990 through 1994, remove the screw from both front turn signal/running lights and remove both combination lights. Additionally, detach both lower grille moldings by unscrewing the screws from the lower grill moldings. To fit the grille, reverse the removal steps and ensure the grille retaining clips are fitted into the grille and aligned with the body's installation holes so that they are pressed into place.
